The main reason I can talk about power rangers til this day, and not feel the slightest bit of shame lol.

What a great guy. (I can't believe it's been 20 years)

I agree 100% on everything said so far in this thread.  The confirmed 10 or so returns (Including JDF, possibly more confirmations coming?) are the main reason why I'm looking forward to PR Super Megaforce.  Toei did a similar thing with the Super Sentai series that Super Megaforce will be based on (Gokaiger), so I'm not surprised the slightest that Saban went and got some of the veterans back.  What does surprise me is the selection - a lot of fans are happy with certain picks.

As far as that figure goes, TR...

...buy the darn thing when it's released.  You know you want to!  Those SH Figuarts are praised as excellent collectors pieces in the community.  If I can save up the money, I'll be buying at least one of those for sure.  :woop:

Even though MMPR usually gets all the attention (rightfully so), one series that definitely gets underrated IMO is the series that followed right after, Power Rangers Zeo. Just everything about that was badass, the costumes, zords and the enemies felt more dangerous compared to Rita and Zed who started to become more of a comical failure most of the time.

And while nothing will ever replace the original Go Go Power Rangers theme, the Zeo theme came pretty god damn close

Not the green ranger, but the second best ranger you can get. And its legit Jason David Frank too. (Actual fight starts at 4:12)

Power rangers could definitely be made for a mature audience with the right people behind it. I'd eat that shit up and give them all my money.

Meanwhile, Jason's reality series finally has a trailer out

This has nothing to do with the post. You just kinda wasted your time reading this. Sorry.

Tommy confirms he'll be making at least a cameo appearance

If you ask me, they should just put Tommy in an Obi Wan position and make the green ranger the Zordon of the group. And as for the 6th ranger, actually bring in a new White ranger, having both the White and green ranger co exist.
