ACEN takes place between May 19th to 21st, however we have the rooms booked for May 18th to 21st.

I want to touch base with people and see what the interest for Anime Central now that we are getting closer to the event. Since the hotel is pulling going to charge me for the rooms before the convention, I need to know how many are interested in going.

I will need to figure out how many people want to go so I can know how much to ask from each person.

Ideally I would want a headcount by late February, and PayPal cutoff by  Mid-March as the hotel is supposed to charge my credit card at the beginning of April.

I will post actual dates hopefully by next week.
