Should Washu teat Mihoshi?

NO!  Washu treating Mihoshi will ruin her character.

That's definitely the theory. While Seina's un-luck is at anomaly proportions, it gets nullified apparently when around his harem. So while he still has the pirate ships always running into him, he's not having personal bad luck (falling and generally hurting himself) anymore as long as he's with his girls.
