Are you sure?  'Cause when she's in Choshin form, her hair stops before her waist.  Kinda like everything else about her.

So... does she grow more hair when she's Chibi-Tokimi, or... Aww, come on!  A tail would be so awesome!

I know, its confusing as hell, but it's defintiely her hair....(Notice the yellow strand behind her on the right)
