Very longtime Tenchi fan here, going to back the days of the original VHS releases in the US. Kids today have no idea how easy they have it, what with their streaming and torrents and being able to see things as soon as the same day they hit Japan.

IRL I'm working on a PhD, but have done a little translating and fansubbing here and there. I just finished a v2 of OVA4 episode 1 and am uploading that now, as well as working on better subs for OVA3. There will be a new post on my blog when the upload is done, just deleted the v1 to make room for that on Mediafire. Expect it sometime today or tomorrow, as Mediafire's "about 1 hour" for upload was over 10 hours last time.
There are a couple other things I may be willing to work on, but I'll make different threads for those. よろしく!

Yes...I've already watched the raw several times. If the subs are as iffy for episode 2 as they were for the first I plan on cleaning those up once they drop. The same group has been commissioned for it so I'm not expecting too much. I'm done tinkering around with episode 1 unless someone wants to style the subs and make them pretty. I tried to mimic some other subs I liked, but it crashed VLC the second it tried to play any subtitles, so I obviously did something wrong.
