I didn't see these were reported widely in the western fandom, maybe people took this as simple fanart (?), but these seems to be exclusively the OAV4 Rental Covers, which diverged markedly from the OAV4 Blu-Ray retail covers.
Volume 2, 3, 4 in large and highquality, sadly I can't find volume 1 at the bottom so nice and it's my favorite :(
