If anyone is interested, I believe a copy of that piece and the others may be included with this copy of Dragon Magazine (http://www.amazon.co.jp/DRAGON-MAGAZINE-ドラゴンマガジン-2014年-01月号/dp/B00G8YONQY/). Personally it does not interest me enough to bother.
