Couple things
1. The shoutbox is gone due to the plugin not supporting the new 2.1 upgrade (discord is used more anyhow just message me for an invite)
2. Avatars are gone due to the transition to such a high version, Just upload a new one.
3. If you find a theme that is better and supports 2.1 I will look in to it

Honestly discord has replaced it and the support for the shoutbox wasn't great.
