Well, that was definitely the best Digimon Con so far. Each segment actually had something to show so everyone could walk away happy.

Time Stranger is looking good and has a sizeable roster of 450 Digimon, which I think is the most in any Digimon game. The real world areas have been expanded, and it seems like they are putting emphasis on making the digital world actually feel lived in. No release date being announced makes me think the 2025 release date might not happen, but I guess we'll see.

The TCG segment did indeed announce a mobile version, which is cool for the people that like the TCG. I don't play, so it wasn't of much interest to me. It was nice to see it will seemingly have a story and characters and isn't just a lazy rushed out app. Gemmon is kind of lame though. Also Liberator is continuing which is cool. I need to get around to reading that.

The toy segment also didn't have much to appeal to me since I don't buy much these days. Getting stuff off Premium Bandai is more expensive than I'm willing to pay. The Godzilla crossover v-pets looked cool though. The Godzilla Digimon I think looked great.

Then finally, they wrapped the show up with the Digimon Beyond PV, which looked more interesting to me than all the other Adventure sequel movies. I still haven't watched the last 4 Tri movies, Kizuna, or The Brgining. I would check out Beyond if it was a movie though. Then it ended with a teaser for Digimon Beatbreak, a new anime coming in October. It didn't show much, but the MC and MCmon certainly look interesting.

A lot of stuff is happening before Digimon Con. The TCG seems to be teasing a mobile version, and there was seemingly a leaked screenshot from a trailer for it.

Then we have something called Digimon Alysion that was trademarked by Bandai. I have no clue what this could be.

Digimon Con is only a couple of days away, but it is looking to be the most worthwhile one since Digimon Con started.

Thanks for the translation, Bob! Always appreciate it.

Kajishima's priorities are out of whack.

Can't speak for her for Petrea

But a lot of celebs don't due diligence on this kind of thing. Take a look at all the celebs that had to pay out due to promoting FTX.

All I'm saying is a celeb endorsement does not mean anything.

I think its cuz its not hentai or something shit idk ether

Literally this. Some cumbrains rated them low cause they're not fap material. The more you upload at once, the more they smerg out.

> Publicly, we know AIC and Toei co-own the Tenchi franchise. Exnoa seems to be a licensee, not a rights holder. It's possible Exnoa or another company holds subsidiary rights, like how Toei Animation is a subsidiary of Toei Studio.

Just wanted to add this, as it came up in my research. AIC no longer has the rights to Tenchi in a direct sense. They created a new company called AIC Rights and that company owns the Tenchi rights. It is AIC Rights that got into the partnership with Toei.

As to EXNOA, all of the copyright stuff is credited to them and Kajishima-sensei for the latest anime. AIC did work on the GXP Paradise Starting series, but aren't credited as a copyright holder for it. This is the first Tenchi title where AIC isn't listed as the copyright holder. When they hit me with a short-term copyright strike, it was as themselves and not as someone acting on behalf of AIC.

She has a friendly relationship with those guys. I suspect they asked her to help promote it, hence why she was in the video and such.
