I really liked the original with Carl Sagan.
This one looks really good. It's a bit fluffier than "The Inexplicable Universe" Neil did last year (available netflix streaming, also a good series), but in the vein of the original.
For a limited time (60 days from air date), you can watch it legally online below. After that, they're pulling it and already took off the first episode and will be pulling the 2nd in a few days.

I dislike that the douchenozzle Seth MacFarlane has his name attached to the credits. As thou that bland pompous ass had anything to do with it, beyond pitching the concept to Fox and using his name to market the show to the lowest common denominator.

I also dislike Seth McFarlane, due to the smug conceited gleefully sadistic sociopathic narcissistic bigoted hatespeech transgression ideological content of Family Guy and American Dad.
However, I do like Neil Degrasse Tyson, and the new Cosmos series.
