So who lifts weight's in this forum?
I love watching this cartoonz and pumping iron!
I go to the gym, but I use machines, not free weights.
(I'm physically clumsy, so I don't want to accidentally cause any damage to myself or others, and if I either keep the maximum settings or machines where you can put on free weights, it is okay)
I run mornings and use primarily bodyweight exercises.
Hmm, maybe we could exchange (proper headshot) photographs Jibs? I mean, we are of opposite genders, are both autistic, get along well, and have known each other for a long time? ;D
Of course, we also live on opposite parts of the ocean... and I'm a bit out of shape right now. ;)

I like walking. Also, I liked used my bicycle before it broken.
BTW, I like your picture Jibril. That explain a lot.
I'm a walker myself. I frequently take strolls during my breaks at work.
I've always loved hiking, but I haven't done it much lately do to work and RL. Probably should do something about that.

Heh, I meant in private. Well, if you have a good memory, you already know what I look like.
And for anybody who doesn't, this character was based on and looks like me: http://killfaeh.deviantart.com/art/Noatak-Unmasked-Amon-Final-Version-310913578
I use the 100lb dumbbell my grandfather made in steel welding class for tricep workouts and some definition for bicep curls, but other then that I do a body weight workout I like to call "lockdown".
If I am bumping an old topic for no reason, I apologize. I just wanted to put my two cents in on this topic. :)
Anyway, I do more than just work out personally. I've been competing in the weightlifting competition at the Rhode Island Special Olympics for two years straight now, and when June hits it will be my third year of competition. This past year, I won fourth place in my weight class for the bench press, and the gold medal in my weight class for the dead lift. If I remember correctly, my dead lift maximum weight was 320 pounds or so.
I just started going to the gym on regular intervals to prepare for my main training, which takes place from January to June. I've only gone on the weight machines a little as of right now, but my usage of those will increase as the days count down to January.
