I remember making a post like this on Ayeka.net, and I was discussing this with Adam a few days ago, but the game powerstone really is one of my favorite games. Its a 90's capcom fighting game, on the dreamcast, and just a overall nice game, imo better than the original Super Smash Bros which was out at the time as well....
I mentioned before that because this game came out in 1999, the same time Tenchi was airing on Toonami, two characters in particular were compared to Tenchi Muyo characters, Wang-Tang and Ayame.

Ayeka isn't exactly a martial artist. But the similarity's to them can be seen there and here.
