Here are some scanned Tenchi Muyo Anime Cels, I did do a small amount of touch-up, in some images,
but only the black lines, I did remove the background as some of the cels were stuck to unmatching
paper drawings, and with the background removed it should be easy to use the cel images in wallpapers
and other Photoshop/Gimp projects 8), here is a link to my Picasa Web Album, feel free to use the scans,
and if you need a cel image in a higher resolution for something you are working on, I can upload one, but
at double the resolution the PNG file sizes are 20-30mb.
BTW there is one cel with Washu bathing, shows her butt, PG13 at most, but some may
consider it NSFW

Yea that's exactly what I thought every time I looked at that cel LOL, and I often wonder about the spiky hair in Tenchi Muyo,
and if they had copied it from Dragon Ball, or if it was just a popular hairstyle for Anime.

It was definitely popular in a lot of 90s anime, especially in action series. Nowadays, its not as big but you do see a spiky haired character every now and then.
