The first 10 were drawn by Hitoshi Okuda for japanese and popular western holidays last year in 2016.

The second half were drawn in 2017 by someone else, I think the OAV4 director?  Idk their date purpose other than giving TenchiMuyo4th.com page something new (all pics were released there).
