It's funny. GTA has always been a game, well, series of games that, I can completely understand why people say it is a great game. Yet of the two GTA games I've played (GTA3 and GTA4), never finished them. They're great, but eventually, there is just so much you can do causing random damage. And the missions do start to get repetitive. Now yes, Rockstar does a good job in trying to keep things varied. It's just not enough for me to continue playing till the end.

I know what you mean, I never did finish GTA 4 either even though I tried twice. I did finish GTA 3 though.
With each new game I noticed the controls get better and the story's at least decent so I'm looking forward to 5.

Oh yeah. Forgot to mention about the story. Well, generally speaking it's not a bad story but, well, not quite original either. How many times can they go "Former criminal trying to reform, only to be sucked back into the crime world" can they do before it gets dull? Okay. That as a starting point isn't too bad if they do something interesting about it. But, for the most part, the story was simply guy starts at the bottom, and move his place up the criminal ladder. Not exactly deep story telling here.

I know games don't need a great story to be, well, great. But unlike a Resident Evil game that could take 12 hours t of finish, faster if you get good at it, GTA is a HUGE game. So more time will be spent with the characters. If the story and character development is lacking, makes me less willing to continue till the end. Hopefully GTA5 changes that.

Holy fuck. Rockstar really does push the bar, when it comes to the next numbered GTA title. This ragtag band of criminals seems like it could provide some really interesting missions, like that kidnapping mission shown. But, I doubt I'll bother. I just cannot get into 3D GTA titles... I really loved the original overhead titles, really loved. But GTA3 and after, after a couple hours I'm already all gamed out and ready to move onto the next thing. They just don't hold my interest.

BTW 1 of those 3 playable guys should have been a dirty cop. Dirty cop would be 100x better than a shitty junkie methhead. Or another option that'd be really slick, would be to have a undercover agent DLC pack. Your 3 agents representing different agencies attempt to infiltrate the various gangs operating throughout the game and build a case against them. Complete with an option to 'flip' your character's allegiance as he/she becomes too 'dark' throughout the story.

Rockstar, I love you. GTA ONLINE!

When you take a youtube link, you're first gonna want to hit this button in the little tools section. It will give you the flash brackets.

Then you're gonna post your link in the brackets, making it look like this.

[flash=200,200]http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=olEGtoYs_8A[/flash]

You're almost finished, now you will edit the link to remove the watch?v= part and replacing it with a v/

Now your link should look like this

[flash=200,200]http://www.youtube.com/v/olEGtoYs_8A[/flash]

Then when finally posted, you should get the video.

Use the two number section: 200,200 to decide the width and height of your video respectfully. So lets say we wanted a 480p video, we'd use 640, 480

Then you'll get this.

PREORDERED and BODY FULLY READY

I was going to repeat what DS said.  :smith:

But in all seriousness, paid or not, I'm certain the game is amazing. Not sure it's my kind of amazing but, a lot of work and gameplay has been put into it. It 'appears' to be living up to the hype.

Shit just got real...
