Green haired girl on the covers of AIC mags?

So I'm just wondering who this is exactly.  I've seen her on the covers of old TM! games & AIC mags.  I'm drawing blanks as to who this is.  She looks to be younger than Sasami, wears a space cadet uniform, has bushy dark green hair.  Could somebody give me some insight please?

Essentially, Mihoshi's younger partner in some of the games. Bit of a fangirl as well.

ok thanks!  I understand why I don't know her since she only appeared in certain games.  And I'm guessing she's not canon? (specifically the OVA continuity)
