that was my bad.  When i sent them to my email from my phone, it gives the file size option and since it's been awhile since i've done this, I must've tapped the wrong option (the "small" size rather than the "medium" size option).  I'll correct it soon but i've got work in about an hour so it won't be until tonight/tomorrow.  sorry.
