Looks like Kajishima changed Kei's face up slightly in the illustration here.
I don't think he drew it.
I'd prefer this OVA had finished its story instead of abruptly ending after just four episodes. We missed out on the big tiddy dark-elf girl was teased at the end of the fourth episode.
I know that the story was continued in some obscure Japanese-only game, but that's obviously not the same.

Based on Kajishima-sensei's normal modus operandi, the fact that he continued the story in another medium means he doesn't have to be bothered finishing the anime. 🙄
Wasn't the anime merely cancelled? With the game being the only outlet to finish it all?
