With Kajishima, who knows.
I re-translated that one on 3 or 4 different machine translators to be sure I wasn't completely screwing it up. That appears to be what she's saying.

If you mean p36, I am reasonably sure it relates to the scene (directly from OAVep6, during Kagato and Tenchi's battle) and Ryoko is saying something roughly to the effect of "Even when Kagato was speaking (?), my eyes were on Tenchi."
But my handwritten Japanese is poor and I might be wrong.

I agree. I got my daughter (Japanese speaker) to verify my transcription and she discovered a few errors with my take on the hand written characters.
I will be fixing and uploading a new version to e-hentai this weekend.

Given that it isn't EH OAV, but a later one based on the Rune Venus design, probably late 1995 or later (TV show start actually predated OAV's end release).
Kajishima had no involvement in EH iirc, so I assume his name is attached because of PS. Or was he running the Nontan Project?

That's a good question. He seems to have been pretty close with several of the Nontan folks.
I've added it to my weekly search list.
I found ABARTH U.G.E Connection (吉本拓二個人原画集) on Mercari last week. I'm checking them frequently now.
