My highly uninformed guess is that this is some off shoot of the Jurai Royal Trees. I have absolutely no idea who these people are! Kajishima explains nothing in the epilogue of part 5.
I've gone through the Nontan Project thing I bought. It's from 2005 and has no Tenchi related drawings inside. I'll try to get it scanned Friday while I'm sitting at home riding out the Typhoon.

Okay, I'm going through these as I get ready to publish a wiki page and little things are maybe connecting.
I think the Kiriko look-alike is Tsukiko, the giant Green lady is a Dryad, maybe "Curry Coochie" or whatshername. The "main" guy (or one of the mains, more recognizable in the school uniform) is probably Shou Kukoma with his hair grown out. The afterword of the C103 seems to hint at it. This is apparently the next "chapter" in the Paradise storyline once Shou goes to the Academy.
Oh! I think the swampy area is that "secret area" that Miki took Seina ... That everyone else does know about but not much has been explained.
The rest is as indecipherable as ever.
Tho it's been time time since I glanced at Kaji's latest conceptual spinoff, I believe it's loosely tied to Masquerade. Which in turn probably took place on the pre-galactic civilization Earth (Earth1, Dual), the remains of which is located in Renza.
Which would make a lot of sense, as this spinoff could be the plotline that explains how another 1st generation seed ended up on Earth1 without Tsunami's involvement. Meaning the green chick is another higher level dimensional being. It'd also add a bit of context to the green tenchiken used in Anata Dake.
