"Well... I was thinking about adding a new game. Here, this is a famous bullet-hell game that's going crazy across Japan right now. A few hot-wiring and you can add this to your machine too." she flipped open her laptop and started up a little game icon.

"A place in Akihabara is currently doing something like that, but doesn't charge money to play. If we were to do something similar and charge money to play, we'd run into copyright issues with the owners of Touhou project." Deberk said. "Besides, a much simpler solution is buying an arcade cabinet with a PC capable of running MAME, and work Touhou into the launcher before MAME loads."

"But all it'd take is an upgrade to the memory chip, rewrite some of the programming and then you can play multiple games on your machines." she said.

"And, we could simply rewrite the programming of Touhou and make it our own type of bullet-hell, and make it much harder! The forbidden undodgable danmaku!" she grinned with gleaming eyes.

(Owner, it's a 1 man team.)

"And Lego fell into some legal problems when their free flash games were found to have some Megaman Battle network assets within Lego's LEGO Ninjago: Spinjitzu Smash flash game. Even though I'm a demon, I do try to avoid unnecessary problems." Deberk said. "If you want, I can see if I can find a few Arcade machines with MAME and let you put whatever game you want on them, as long as its legal. If it's Touhou, we're going with what that place in Akihabara did and not charge money for playing them."

"Aww... Stupid... Legal... Systems.... Let's build our own, a VR 3D bullet-hell game! We make it original so we can charge people for it."

"Ah... Then you have to go make designs for the Player character, the enemy characters, locations, projectiles, power-ups, and anything else you can think of.

You'd also have to test for bugs, checking to make sure you aren't ripping anyone off, and making sure that the game is fun for other people besides yourself. I once heard a tale of some Air force General tried to make a game.  He found the game fun, but it had too many controls and buttons for anyone else to have fun. Then again, he did try to make it as realistic as possible, but failed to remember that the average arcade goer tends to lack the knowledge of how to fly an actual jet." Deberk said.

"Ahh, this is so complicated!
... Do you know how to program? Because I can build the machine just fine...."

"From what you asking, you need someone that can program from the ground-up. I don't have that kind of skills." Deberk said.

"And I don't know human computer languages..." she muttered.

"What about Urd?" Deberk asked.

"Like she would know anything about electronics." she scoffed.

"Really? So she wasn't Heaven's head programmer?" Deberk asked.

"Well..... You know what I mean, geez... Go ask her yourself." she mumbled.
Denka! Kenshin-sama! Anata no kami no hogo o yokose!

"Shouldn't you, since it's your arcade cabinet?" Deberk asked.

(I'm heading to bed.)

"Fine, I'll ask her next time."
