Might've been covered here already, but I stumbled upon these D&D rulebooks for games taking place within Tenchi's universe.

This is some neat stuff for someone who has an understanding of the D20 system. Plus they differentiate stats between continuities, so the OVA characters might have superior stats to their spin-off counterparts and so on.

Just like I thought, the guy behind this, David L. Pulver, is responsible for Big Eyes Small Mouth, which he worked on with Mark C. MacKinnon, who made the Sailor Moon RPG.
