Z finished cooking and began to eat.  Unknown to him, Kara was enrolling at his school at that very moment as a transfer student.
(what happened to Malek and Debrek?)

(I don't know.  Considering that Katz ran them, we have to assume they went their way, as Malek and Hild are on holiday.)

Z finished up and rushed to catch the bus to Nekomi Tech.

The thunder of a motorcycle heading that direction was heard coming.

[Trace Carter]

Z turned when he heard the sound

Megumi could be seen rocketing to her classes as she shot past the bus.

[Trace Carter]

Z smirked as he pulled out the story he was working on and continued to write it.

Megumi arrived and prepared for class.  There was the normal greetings and hellos, but, as usual, nothing greater than buddy level.

[Trace Carter]

Z got off the bus and headed to his first class, which he happened to have with megumi.

"Oh, Hi Z," she said, all happy, "See you didn't go to the temple either."

[Trace Carter]

"I had no reason to today," said Z, "I wasn't meeting Ian and I'm not going to hang around when I need to get to class."

[paladin313]

"Oh, well, I just don't all the time either.  I figure I need to give them a break sometimes.  Besides, when they do get married in about a week and a half, they're going to want their privacy."

[Trace Carter]

Z nodded, "so how's Ian?"

[paladin313]

"Well, not really sure," she said, "Haven't seen him in a few, so, not sure.  Is that Chrono chick still there?"

[Trace Carter]

"Probably," said Z, "she is helping protect them as a trained Valkyrie"
