Z then closed his eyes. the bike was making him remember the time he rode Hild's broom and ended up in a small crater very very sore..

Megumi pulled onto the grounds and parked her bike next to Kei's and hopped off as if the incident at lunch never happened.

[Trace Carter]

Z thanked her and began to walk to the aarcade

[paladin313]

"You take care of yourself," she said with a smile, "And sorry about the mistrust thing.  You're only doing your jobs after all."

[Trace Carter]

"don't worry about it," said Z, "tell Ian I said hi."

[paladin313]

"Sure will," she said, heading to the main house.  About that time a bedraggled Ian came up to meet him and said, "Lind almost killed me today with training!"

[Trace Carter]

"you're the one who wanted training from the top valkyrie," shrugged Z, "she even gives mom a hard time."

[paladin313]

"We've been moving on to offense, but to do that, I have to find that to which I have a knack.  I've had a hard time isolating that, and that's what wore me out."

[Trace Carter]

"what do you mean to which?" asked Z

[paladin313]

"I'm trying to learn offensive spells, but in order to do that, I have to know in what I am naturally slated as a demigod.  Bell is wind, Urd is electricity, Skuld is a technomage, get what I'm saying?"

[Trace Carter]

Z nodded, "I specialize in illusions and have fire/electric abilities, though I found that out at a young age."

[paladin313]

"See?" he said, "So we tried a bunch of different things but nothing seems to isolate what my gift is."

[Trace Carter]

"did you try soul delving?" asked Z

[paladin313]

"She said that was out of my league right now."

[Trace Carter]

"I know something similar that might work," said Z, "but you'll owe me."
