Soon it was lunch, and Ian was surprised by Megumi when she presented him with a bento.  Urd thought, "Good girl--the Japanese way of showing you like a boy...make him lunch!"

(Had a real Japanese bento for the first time yesterday.  God it was good!)

Z pulled out a boxed lunch of his own

He looked at it and said, "Wow!  You are going to fatten me, girl!"
     "Nothing wrong with a little Sumo on you!" she giggled.
     "Have to work that off on the ice this afternoon!"
     However, Urd noticed another chibi presence by the bag, and it was Chrono, muttering, "And I make him a small breakfast every morning to face his training!  He never treated me like that!  Little sister?  Come on!"

Z was handed a bento by Kara and he thanked her, "looks like you two are getting along well," said Z

Ian blushed a touch, as did Megumi, and he said, "I could get used to this."
      Steam was pouring out Chrono's ears.

Z chuckled at how things were going, but inwardly he was a bit worried about his mother's plan.

"Now, Chrono, don't get stupid, or Lind will tell you to leave."
     She was starting to climb out of the bag, but hearing that stopped her.  She then said, "I will DEFINITELY be at his hockey practice!"

[Trace Carter]

"I'd like to see you play," said Z

[paladin313]

"Sure," he said, but Megumi said, "Well, I can't.  I have a report to finish, but maybe next time."
     "Yesssssssssssss", said Chrono with a fist pump."

[Trace Carter]

"good luck on that," said Z.
He now knew that Chrono at least had tagged along as he had heard her soft exclamations.

Chibi Urd disappeared and then appeared out of sight and came up, saying, "So, how's my little brother today?"

[Trace Carter]

"Fine, though spying's a bad habit, and tell chrono that she's too loud."

[paladin313]

"What!" said Chrono as the Chibi disappeared and acted as the conduit for her to appear.

[Trace Carter]

"every time you exclaimed in victory or defeat, I heard you," said Z, "so why are you here?" he asked Urd

"Oh, just wanted to meet the new girl," she said.
     Chrono looked sheepish, not knowing what to say, as Ian tousled her hair and said, "That's my kid sis."
