"Well, let's keep our focus, though," she said, "We still have to do the race.  In fact, tomorrow, Keiichi does his first sprint, and that will set his qualifying spot, and give him the taste of full out NASCAR racing.  However, Proter is in the second sprint.  Yet, if we can put the fear of God into him during Kei's turn, perhaps we could scare him out of the race or become too risky to succeed.  I mean, with those nightmares, he knows he must answer the call no matter what danger he faces.  Having no experience in head to head auto racing, especially this kind, ups the danger and plays into our hands."

"just don't kill him," said Z, "that wouldn't sit well with the others.  Plus you'll lose your chances to cause him misfortune."
