"and the others?" asked Z

[paladin313]

"Because you are a risk-taker for those you care about."

(Work calls.  Catch you later.)

[Trace Carter]

"well, you and mom are the only family i have left." said Z

(I just realized, while Ian is a bridge between heaven and earth, Z is kind of a bridge between heaven and hell.)

[paladin313]

She hugged him again.

[Trace Carter]

"thanks, nee-sama," said Z with a smile.

[paladin313]

With that, Bell had everyone sit for breakfast.

[Trace Carter]

Z sat back down with a smile on his face.

[paladin313]

Just as they had sat, Megumi had arrived, and Chrono shuddered, but kept her composure this time.

[Trace Carter]

"how are you doing megumi?" asked Z

[paladin313]

"Oh, Hi!" she said, "I'm doing great!  How about you, Z?"

[Trace Carter]

"fine," said Z, "Lind-sama allowed me to train with her and Ian today,"

[paladin313]

"Oh, that's good," she said, "I am glad to see both sides trust each other."
     Lind gave her a look, and then looked at her aura and thought, "Something's not right with the girl."

[Trace Carter]

Z began to eat, "I missed Belldandy's cooking,"

[paladin313]

Lind started to probe, and she said, "Megumi, do you feel anything different about you?"
     She looked at her odd and said, "What's that supposed to mean?"

[Trace Carter]

(would she find anything if all it was was a mental suggestion that has already faded, yet changed her opinion?)
