"Skuld goes all in," someone announced, causing Urd to frown, and folds. 

[Auir]

Skuld looked around to see who was left.

[paladin313]

Everyone had folded the hand, and the pot was shoved to her.

[Auir]

"Heh heh." smiled Skuld with a ^_^ V.

"V for victory! Again?"

[paladin313]

The woman and Urd grumbled, and the cards came out.  This time, she had an ace of spades and an eight of diamonds.

[Auir]

"Hmm..." she decided to wait and call.

[paladin313]

"Skuld-chan checks," said the dealer, two folded, two more checks, and Urd said, "I'll bet," and placed in about 500 yen.  It came to Skuld, "Call, raise, or fold?"

[Auir]

"I'll call." she said.

[Trace Carter]

"do you think this card game could be more interesting?" Z asked Welsper.

"Put in 500," she was told as the flop came down.  It was 8 of clubs, four of diamonds, Jack of hearts.  The betting started, a few more folded, Urd then said, "400 yen."

Chibi-Z dispelled and the real Z went to find Hild.

"i'm sure it could," said Welsper before he went.

[Trace Carter]

"Mom, you there," called out Z

[paladin313]

Hild was playing a shooting game.  She had wanted to see what the fuss was about it, but now, for some reason, just could not break away.  "I'm over here," she answered in between, "Die, you vicious jerk!"

[Trace Carter]

"Just the words every son wants to hear from his mother," joked Z, "I believe a certain pussy cat and I have cooked up a scheme that might use belldandy and K1's wedding to our advantage."
