Dual! Remastered - Input Wanted

I just uploaded two different remastering takes on the first episode of Dual! I'm going to do the whole series, but looking for feedback on which way people think looks better. I'm looking at them as 6 of one and half a dozen of the other so I'm neutral on it either way. The tradeoffs between them have to be one way or the other; there is no way to get a middle ground on this. I'm open to doing it either way. It's up on my blog now.

I only sampled a small piece of each episode, but my vote's for A.

The hazy outlines on B are obvious, but what's the problem with A? Nothing stood out to me in the scene I watched.

Subs are early on both, though.

Agreed A sample had better video quality.

B had too many artifacts around color segments that differed in contrast.
