"actually it's quite popular," said Z, "there are a few places in america where you can compete for top scores."

"Really?  Tch...humans are so violent."

"why do you think they enjoy football and boxing?" Z shrugged.

"Well, how much of the misery index would we get if we built this?"

[Trace Carter]

"all those who don't make the top scores will be disappointed and people would be very competitive," said Z

[paladin313]

"Oh?  Is it that addictive?"

[Trace Carter]

"it's fun to run around in a dim arena wielding a gun like a video game fighter.  plus the people are competing for the most kills an bases captured.  It's kind of like being in a first person shooter." said Z

"Don't let Skuld catch wind of that," she said, "You know what she'd do to it if she got hold of it."

"what do you mean?" asked Z

"Well, you know her and technology," she said, "She might make it more real than that for which people would care.

Z nodded, "I won't tell her.  I'm also trying to create a small generator that runs on my electricity spells.  if i get it to work, i can create a bigger one to power the arcade and eliminate our electricity bills."

"Oh, now that would be absolutely divine!"

"Then go ahead and roll with that," she said, "I can't wait to see the looks on their faces when our shares skyrocket!"
