After some whispering, Hild spoke up and said, "We have discussed it, and we have decided that the punishment should fit the crime.  After his time of sealing, Malek, how would you like a slave?"

[HotelKatz]

"I would, but it'd be better to unseal him after our vacation, Lady Hild." Malek said in a calm tone. "Emotions too raw and such."

[paladin313]

"Oh, most certainly.  Let him sweat it out while we are away."
     Odin then spoke, "And because I had the trial here, I must now declare this place neutral ground.  Demons and Gods shall be allowed to be here, but none shall attack one another at all!"

(You do realize that you stopped a good number of possible storylines that involve demons attacking the temple, right? Wouldn't a better thing to do is merely declare the temple to be a neutral ground for a month or two? My reasoning for this is if The temple is forever off limits, Keiichi's friends and family suddenly become big targets for demons.)

(Look, can you please trust me a bit that I know what I am doing.  I know you have ideas, and I will try to incorporate them the best I can.  But I have ideas also, and ultimately, as the mod, I have final say on scenarios.  Tell you what: give me the thumbnail sketch of how you think this ought to be going--I guess how you would be writing this story--I'll look at it, then tell you where I am going, and maybe between the two of us, we can get something accomplished.  However, it can't be strictly my way or your way.  Furthermore, this is our universe.  Characters, even cannon characters, will develop and grow, and hence, change some from cannon.  Therefore, if it doesn't quite follow to the letter precisely and exactly what you might see in the manga, please forgive me, but this is OUR version of this universe, and it is the way WE want it.)

Z got up after the trial ended.

Everything was cleared out, and now the temple was declared neutral ground for the time being.  Hild and Malek were taking their indefinite vacation, and things were settling down.  Finally, the group could sit down and have a good meal, but there was the matter that night of getting Megumi to understand just what was going on.

[Trace Carter]

"so what's the plan?" asked Z

[paladin313]

"We just have to ask them about the future, and then present the conflict with Megumi that would cause.  It's already going to shake things up that she's been kept in the dark for this long."

[Trace Carter]

"sounds like a plan," said Z, "if she wants solid proof I could summon Dusk's Light."

[paladin313]

"One thing we have to ask Keiichi is how she would react if we told her right away."

[Trace Carter]

"true," said Z, "so when do we start?"

[paladin313]

"Belldandy is starting supper.  We can catch her then."

[Trace Carter]

"let's go then."
