"That was before we knew how far you were taking things!" he snapped, "Where is your guardian?"

[Auir]

"On the pool deck." she replied.

"And what are you talking about how far? What about all the other people that asked about things on other cruises?! Is it because they're university engineering majors and I'm not?!"

[paladin313]

"No," she said, "It's because you're only 12 years old and all that is beyond your age!  Of course I'm going to be suspicious.  What is her name and where is she?"

[Auir]

"Hmph, her name's Urd and she's on the pool deck. You can be sure to expect a bad review on your score."

[paladin313]

After about 15 minutes, Urd came down, mad she was pulled away from her sunbathing, saying, "Okay, Skuld, what have you done this time!"

[Auir]

"I don't know, all I was doing was asking some questions and this guy thought I was a terrorist or something. Personally I think he's working for Hild or something and she's trying to cause us problems."

[paladin313]

She sighed, and she said, "I am so sorry.  You have to understand: she's a child prodigy, and she has a vivid imagination.  What did she ask for?"
     "To photo the engine schematics."
     "Okay, I can see how that would make you suspicious.  Trust me: it would further her education.  It's okay."
     He sighed, and they brought them out again, and Urd said to Skuld, "You owe me!"

[Auir]

Skuld stuck out a tongue at Urd behind her back.

"This is definitely a non-Japanese owned cruise liner." she muttered.

"Well, kid, do your thing."

[Auir]

She took out her cellphone and took a couple snapshots of the schematics.

[paladin313]

Soon, the tour was over, and it was time for the show.

[Auir]

Skuld, still a bit sour from the event, went toward the theater.

[paladin313]

"Hey, it was a simple misunderstanding," he said, "I mean, you being a goddess and all, they wouldn't understand."

[Auir]

"Still, accusing me of being a terrorist? How- how did that even crossed their minds?"

[paladin313]

"Well, I guess they don't trust anyone, what with the global paranoia about them now.  I mean, knock down two skyscrapers with jets, and what do you think is going to happen?"
